179 applies through the end of 2009 and that IABs may
declare up to $250,000 worth of alpacas and and obtain
a $250,000 write-off on their 2009 tax return.
BEWARE...as
of January 1, 2010, the Section 179 amount will be reduced
to $134,000 from today's $250,000 and the 50% bonus
depreciation will be eliminated.
